Problem accepting Jesus Christ?

There's more to being saved than saying a prayer. Have you realilzed that you are a sinner and have offended God, who is holy? Have you sincerely asked His forgiveness? Do you want to serve Him? Have you trusted that Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose again that you might have eternal life? Have you determined to live for Him as best you can? Do you read His Word, the Holy Bible? Have you asked Him to help you get into His will for your life? If you are sincere, you will start reading a portion of Scripture every day. Start in the New Testament. God speaks to us through His Word. Pray. Talk to Him about whatever is on your mind, but humbly and respectfully. Join a Bible-believing church, like Baptist, where you can serve Him in some kind of ministry. When you sin, ask His forgiveness. Repentance means literally to "change your mind" about sin. Agreeing with God about sin is very important. And you should try to live a pure life. If you are saved, your life will change. It's not just fire insurance. It's a relationship with Jesus. I asked Him into my life many years ago as my personal Lord and Savior and He has helped me and blessed me a lot. He is faithful.
