What are the symptoms for the H1N1 flu?

I want to make sure that I do not have it. Since wednesday morning i had a cough and then fever of 99.1. Today my cough is a little worse and im pretty sure i have a fever. My head feels hot but my body is so cold. Also, I have two dark little spots on my knee that i have never had before and i just noticed it today...does that have anything to do with it? please help me and if you had have swine please answer this. thank you god bless
