How do i put my English mastiff up for stud?

My black brindle english mastiff is nearly 6 years old. we bought him at 6mths old without any papers/kc reg or anything. we'd really like to stud him before its too late but dont know how to go about it or what to ask for. any ideas. will any one want him even?
