I need help understanding my eating pattern?
i went through a stage where i would eat non stop, my weight would vary between 48-52kgs over days at a time, it would always change, then i noticed it started to stay in the 50's i didn't like how my body was looking, i didn't think i was fat, but weighing 47kg is just me, it might have only been a few kgs heavier but i could tell the difference( appearance wise) id eat even when i wasn't hungry, then i got sick of not liking my body, so i cut down what i was eating, it was so hard, i was eating regularly for a while, now lately for the last week ive noticed i totally forget about eating during the day, im not Hungryy. i gethungryy when its dinner time, but i can eat the smallest portion and then not eat till dinner the next night, idon'tt feelhungryy, idon'tt want to eat, idon'tt notice im not eating. why am i like this??
