Kuwait Company HEISCO and Living in Kuwait?

My husband got an offer from HEISCO, Kuwait as QA/QC Engineer, offering a net salary of USD 2840. I would like to know about the company; how is the working condition? I would also like to know if a good portion of this can be saved by living in Kuwait with family with one child (infant)? Could any one tell the approximate monthly expense for a normal family (i mean no parties, clubs, treckings, etc..
