Very odd dream? Is there a meaning to it or just random?

I had a dream about switching bodies with my best friend for 3 years. I pulled out one of her teeth but her teeth were really misshaped and odd ( In real life she has amazing teeth). then the dream skips AND I had another dream where I was outside and I stole beers from someones cooler and drank 10 or more and then lied about it???? These dreams were very odd..would they have any symbolic meaning?
