Does he tease me because he likes me?

ok, so ive known this guy for like 2 yrs now. i rly rly like him but the only time i see him is between cles. when i 1st met him he called me the crocodile bc i had gles and braces... and he told me he was just teasing me and that he didn't mean it. but now i dont have either, but the name still stuck. now wen we p in the hallway he ses "oh, hey croc" w/ a huge smile on his face. my friends say tthat he likes me, and one even told him tht i liked him, so hes been overly nice to me, but it stopped after like 3-4 days... does he like me?
