Help with the title of a film?

an animated tarzan film it starts "africa land of hope and" then the plane crashes. the enemy is a character with 12 **** her army are willies with condoms on and the monkey plays with himself a lot. yes a cartoon but very very funny. does anyone know the film im on about and what its called please.
