How much do personal istants get paid?

Somebody posted an ad on craigslist for this but it only paid $10 an hour. Seems like not much pay for cooking and cleaning and babysitting. It's true, the pay and hours vary because everybody wants something different and has different needs. You just have to go by a case-by-case basis. Decide what it's worth to you and go from there.
