I've been a electrician for 12 years, recently ran into a new product, it was a 60 amp a/c disconnect that had a GFCI outlet in it. The outlet is powered off of one of the lines and requires that you have a neutral. Is that legal? I mean I know its a tapped conductor buuuut its a receptacle outlet.. 210.19 a4c.... Just doesn't sound right, can anyone give me answer in the Code about it.
