Wanting to have a baby very excited TERRIBLE PERIOD TROUBLE?

hi there, me and my fiance have decided (finally) lol that we are ready to have a child together anyone who is about to ask me my situation before making this decision, its great trust me i wouldnt bring a child into this world without having the world to give him/her. Okey, now that is out the way i have a question about my period you see i had an ultrasound Friday because of my extreme irregular period and the Dr. told me i was going to ovulate in about a week, we had last night, and i was going to continue to do that every second night i know i sound like a control freak with the lol but only because i only have one shot every 3-4 months so yes. Now do you think i should do that every two nights and what are some tricks i can do or my partner to increase our chances of concieving? Also, i know its sounds silly but when is the earliest you can see/feels signs of pregnancy? Thanks so much for reading all this!! Ten points for best answer!! xox Jess
