I would say that they should be judged on not making the playoffs because that's what it is all about. With the Steelers 6-2 start I thought for sure that they were going to repeat, but they were inconsistent down the stretch and they lost their chances to make the season successful. I would still look on the big wins over the Vikings, Chargers( soon to be super bowl champs) and Packers as a reason to believe that the steelers still have a legitimate chance at winning the championship as long as they stay consistent down the road.
