Real estate contract copies?

Because the sellers/buyers should legally have a copy for themselves to give to their mortgage broker or to their lawyer for when escrow/closing comes along. It is generally good practice for the realtor to keep the original copy, then give a copy to their clients and then one to their conveyancing office. If they do not have a copy when they meet with their clients, it is acceptable to mail or fax it.
